A zine is a collaborative piece made by fans of any media. This specific zine is a project where fans will create pieces celebrating Catradora from the most recent She-ra and the Princesses of Power series.Can I Apply?
Of course! Applications are open from March 15 to March 21. We will be accepting around 15-20 artists, 4 writers and 4 editors. These numbers might change with the amount of applications and the interest check.Do I need prior experience?
Nope! The application asks for a few art and writing samples depending on what you’re applying for, just so we can get to know your style and what you do. That’s all you need in order to apply! (For editing the application just asks you to beta read a short paragraph).What do editors do?
Editors will be beta-reading for the writers, along with helping with formatting and design for the zine once all contributors have finished their works.How can I access the zine?
This zine can be accessed digitally.Will I be paid for working on the zine?
No, this zine is a charity piece. Everyone who works on the zine will receive a free digital copy of the zine as compensationCan I submit previously posted pieces for this zine?
All art and writing for this zine must be made for this zine exclusively. We ask that you do not post or stream your WIPs. You may record/take a thumbnail of the piece to fit in a preview template to share on social media closer to the zine’s release.Can I sell or post my work after the zine?
All work belongs to the creators. You may do what you want with the piece after a designated amount of time post-release
